Shive-Hattery was commissioned by Caesars Entertainment to complete the planning and design to accommodate the additional gaming and rebranding. This initiative put plans in progress for Caesars Indiana Grand Racing and Casino to expand their gaming floor and rebrand as a “Horseshoe” property.
In 2019 the State of Indiana approved legislation allowing casinos to add table games to their property portfolios.
